We’re open 7 days a week, 6 AM - 9 PM Monday to Thursday, 6 AM - 8 PM Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM Saturdays and 8 AM - 4 PM on Sundays, so you can fit your workouts around your life. It doesn’t matter whether you’re hitting an early morning class or squeezing in a session after a busy day at work, it’s easy to keep on top of your fitness goals at our gym in Jersey.
