In this station-based class, our expert trainers will guide you through and give you the motivation you need to maximise your workout. Expect rowing, assault bikes, kettlebell swings, steps up and more in this powerful workout!

Rox

Rox is a first-of-its-kind and exclusive workout session here at Fitness First Wigan. Combining running and boxing into one stress-busting session, feel inspired when you take on this boutique-style workout with high energy.

Swimming

A late swimmer or an early morning riser? No matter when you fit a workout into your day, our newly refurbished Wigan gym has a 25m length and a 1.2m deep pool that can take on anything. Make a splash whether you’re doing some relaxing laps or trying to set a new personal best.

Strength

If strength is what you’re after, then look no further than our large strength and free weight training areas. On offer, you’ll find:

Cardio — Ready to get your heart pumping? Join our community of like-minded people when you take on one of our cardio classes. Whether it’s bodyweight drills and exercises that work your whole body or stepping into the pool for H20 HIIT, there’s always a new challenge to take on.
