Our gym in Streatham also offers a huge range of group exercise classes. Free fitness classes are available on a weekly basis and include BodyPump, Spin, Pilates, Yoga, and Aqua. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and reaching their fitness goals.
