Box12
Box 12 is a 36 minute workout consisting of 12 3 minute rounds that combine boxing and functional fitness exercises. You will be guided and inspired to achieve and learn the basics of fitness boxing combined with functional exercises.

Are you looking for a gym in East London? Our Thomas More Square Fitness First gym is conveniently located next to scenic St Katherine's Docks, just a five-minute walk from Tower Hill Tube Station.
We have fantastic fitness facilities, including a 12-metre swimming pool, large free weight areas, sauna, boxing zone, members lounge and more. Plus, with memberships starting from £85, you'll have access to 23 other Fitness First gyms!
We're open from 6:00 AM to 10 PM Monday and Friday and 7:30 AM to 6 PM over the weekends.
