Trax
If you want a high-intensity workout that can really bring the heat, then opt for TraX. This workout aims to increase your aerobic capacity and improve your strength in a station based class that will give you the motivation to maximise your workout to the full. You can expect kettlebell swings, step-ups, rowing and the use of an assault bike.
Cardio
Cardio workouts are great for strengthening your heart and lungs. Inspire and be inspired by those around you when you take on any cardio workout with our state-of-the-art equipment, including:
